孩子有了一所學(xué)校offer，但還要堅持等心儀學(xué)校的轉(zhuǎn)正。發(fā)了offer的學(xué)校的合同里寫道：I acknowledge and understand that my obligation to pay tuition and fees for the full academic year is unconditional as of April 1, 2017 (or in the event I execute this Enrollment Agreement after April 1, 2017, upon school's acceptance of my executed Enrollment Agreement). 那是否意味著，我如果簽了合同，且過了4月1號再申請放棄offer的話，是不是也要交全年的學(xué)費？謝謝！

合同要慎重，簽署了全年的合同的話，就有法律效應(yīng)了
